What a healthy diet means

We all have different versions and definition of eating healthy. For some, it is about cutting or eliminating all the junk, sweets and carbohydrates in their diet. For some it is about strictly eating fruits and vegetables. For some, it is about not eating really tasty food sold in the fast food chains.

But here is real deal about what a healthy diet really means. Eating healthy is about having a meals in a day that is composed of everything that your body needs with just the right amount. It does not mean you don’t need calories and carbohydrates because it sustains our energy. It does not mean we don’t eat meat because we also need protein. At the end of the day, it is a matter of having a balanced diet. That is what a healthy diet means.
